Julian Caird is a professional and passionate real estate investor who has been living in Kelowna for the past 15 years.

His career began in 2019 when he started his short-term investment property business, which has since grown to 30 listings, both within his local area of Kelowna as well as Mexico.

As part of his career trajectory, he also acquired property management and real estate licenses to increase his knowledge within the industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle with a particular interest in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), along with reading and spending time with his 6 year old son.
